The four-color lithograph was printed in a limited edition of two hundred (200) signed by the artist Robert Rauschenberg along the bottom edge, numbered to the right of the signature and dated '93. Ten paintings were made from ten plates on a mai-lander offset proofing press at Universal Limited Art Editions, Inc. There are four-color separations with the second plate. The Arches cover paper was hand torn to 40 3/4" x 29 1/8"

A Brief History on the World Population Conference:

At the request of Theodore W. Kheel, Robert Rauschenberg created Choices & Responsibilities to promote the United Nations World Population Conference held in Cairo, Egypt, 1994. He contributed the art work to Earth Pledge Foundation.
